    Return ordered goods


    All full-price goods within 30 days from the date of distribution and goods within 14 days from the date of arrival can enjoy free return service provided that the return conditions specified below are met. Warm Tip: After opening or opening, the goods can not be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your legal rights.

    Goods returned must remain unused and must be accompanied by labels and related accessories or instructions for all spice rooms.

    How to Return Purchased Goods

    If you need to arrange for the return of your online order, just:

    1. Put the goods in the original distribution box; fill in the return form and put it in the box;

    2. Please contact our customer service team at 021-60756860. We will arrange the courier to collect the goods you want to return.

    3. The corresponding express company will contact you on the day you select to pick up the goods.

    4. The courier will provide a copy of the return tracking information. Please save the copy for your tracking.

    5. If you need to return some of the items in an order, we will re-issue the electronic invoice of the non-returned items for you by e-mail shortly after the receipt of the return. You can download the new e-invoice through the link in the e-mail, and the original e-invoice will be invalid.

    Important Note: The fragrance room does not bear any responsibility for goods returned by other means than return service.

    The goods purchased must be returned from the territory of China with a complete original return form.

    The returned goods must remain unused in their original state, including all labels and related accessories or instructions contained in the fragrance room.

    Return of incomplete, damaged, worn out, contaminated or modified goods or any goods that we have reason to believe have been used will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Products equipped with health protection stickers can be returned only if the stickers are intact.

     


    Collect a refund


    The refund will be returned by the original payment method.

    We will process the refund as soon as we receive the refund. We expect your payment method provider to complete the refund within 7-10 working days. Work days are from Monday to Friday, except for Chinese public holidays.

    Keep the delivery receipt until your refund is received.

    If the goods you want to refund are not purchased in your local currency, all refunds will be refunded in the currency at the time of purchase. Due to the change of currency exchange rate, the amount of refund may be slightly different from the original price.

    Reimbursement of cancelled orders before delivery

    A bank card or other payment method will be paid after you confirm the payment, but only after the goods have been shipped will we finally accept your order. Your payment method may show the authorization for the relevant payment immediately after you order the goods.

    The fragrance room may cancel all or part of your order at any time before delivery. In this case, the fragrance room will refund the cancelled items as soon as possible. Cancellation of orders may occur in many cases, including but not limited to the shortage of goods ordered or the discovery of errors related to commodity information on any website. Please refer to our rules and conditions for more information.

    Modification and cancellation of orders


    Warm Tip: Once the order is submitted, we will not be able to merge the order, change the size, edit the bill and distribution details, nor add new goods to the existing order.

    Customers Cancel Orders

    According to applicable telemarketing regulations or China's Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to cancel certain orders for goods ordered on reclassified.     Please note that this cancellation right does not apply to certain commodities, including (but not limited to):

    How to cancel an order
